This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through iaaitech.com. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services — which involve significant time, labor, and technical resources from the moment of purchase — all payments are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to: system configuration, AI programming, account integration, content setup, and any automation work initiated on your behalf.


2. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once work has begun. This fee covers:

  • Initial consultation and business onboarding
  • AI agent programming and customization tailored to your brand
  • Social media account integration and access configuration
  • Automation system setup and testing
  • First-month service activation

Work on your setup begins as soon as your completed onboarding form is received. By submitting the onboarding form, you acknowledge that service delivery has commenced and the setup fee is non-refundable.


3. Monthly Subscription

  • Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Admin@Iaaitech.com
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — your service will continue until that date
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days or weeks within a billing period
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or service credits may be considered at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

Service was never initiated despite payment and completed onboarding Full refund or service credit
Proven technical failure on our part that rendered the service completely non-functional for an extended period Partial refund or service credit proportional to downtime
Duplicate payment charged in error Full refund of the duplicate charge

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must:

  1. Contact us at Admin@Iaaitech.com within 7 days of the issue occurring
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence
  3. Allow us up to 10 business days to investigate and respond

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after service has commenced
  • Your social media account is restricted, suspended, or banned by a third-party platform (e.g., Meta/Facebook)
  • Service disruption caused by third-party platform API changes, outages, or policy updates
  • You fail to provide required access, information, or cooperation needed to deliver the service
  • Results do not meet your personal expectations (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates)
  • You violate our Terms of Service

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your service
  • Provide evidence to the payment provider to contest the chargeback
  • Pursue recovery of any fees incurred as a result of the dispute

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • IAAI Technology is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
