Is my Facebook page safe?
Absolutely. We only access your Facebook page through Meta's official API, which is the same secure system used by all major social media management tools. You grant us access through Facebook's own permission system, which means you stay in full control at all times. You can revoke our access instantly at any point directly from your Facebook settings — no need to contact us first.
We never store your passwords, and we never post anything outside the scope of what you've agreed to.
How long does setup take?
Once you complete your purchase and submit the onboarding form, setup typically takes 3–5 business days. This includes:
- Reviewing your business details and brand guidelines
- Programming the AI agent to match your tone and industry
- Connecting and testing your Facebook page
- Launching your first automated posts
You'll receive a confirmation email once your AI employee is live and running.
What kind of content will be posted?
Your AI employee creates and posts content tailored specifically to your business, including:
- Daily posts showcasing your products or services
- Professional captions with relevant hashtags
- Promotional content for offers and announcements
- Engaging questions and interactive content to boost reach
- Replies to customer comments and messages
All content is generated based on the business information you provide during onboarding. The more detail you share, the better the content will be.
What languages does the AI post in?
By default, your AI employee posts in the language(s) you specify during onboarding. We support Arabic, English, and bilingual posting (Arabic + English) for businesses targeting local and international audiences.
Does it work for my type of business?

None at all. Our service is designed to be completely hands-off for you. All you need to do is:
- Complete your purchase
- Fill out the onboarding form we send you
- Grant access to your Facebook page (we guide you through this step-by-step)
After that, your AI employee handles everything automatically. No apps to install, no dashboards to manage.
What if I don't like the content being posted?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel the content doesn't match your brand or expectations, simply contact us and we'll adjust the AI's settings based on your feedback. We can update the tone, style, topics, and posting frequency to better suit your needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing us at Admin@Iaaitech.com. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again after that.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. Your monthly subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis through PayPal's secure payment system.
Will I see results immediately?
Social media growth takes time and consistency — which is exactly what our AI employee provides. Most businesses start seeing increased engagement and visibility within the first 2–4 weeks of consistent posting. Results vary depending on your industry, audience size, and how active your page was before starting.
