Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy governs participation in the IAAI Technology Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by the terms set out below, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

IAAI Technology operates an affiliate program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new paying clients to our AI-powered social media management services.

Affiliates are provided with a unique discount code that they share with their audience. When a new client purchases using your code, you earn a commission on that sale.

Participation in the Program is by invitation or application only and is subject to approval by IAAI Technology.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on a per-sale basis for each new client who completes a purchase using your unique affiliate code. The commission structure covers both initial setup purchases and ongoing monthly subscriptions generated through your referrals.

The specific commission rate applicable to your account is agreed upon individually at the time of onboarding into the Program and communicated to you in writing. Commission rates may vary between affiliates based on reach, performance, and agreement terms.

Commissions are earned on the amount paid by the client after any applicable discounts. Commission is only earned on completed, confirmed payments. Pending, failed, or refunded transactions do not qualify.

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • Each affiliate is assigned a unique discount code for tracking purposes
  • A sale is attributed to you when a client completes checkout using your unique code
  • Codes are non-transferable and must not be shared with other affiliates
  • IAAI Technology maintains final authority on commission attribution in cases of dispute

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly, on or before the 15th of the following month (e.g., April commissions are paid by May 15th)
  • A minimum payout threshold applies — if your earned balance does not meet this threshold, it rolls over to the next month. The threshold amount is communicated at onboarding
  • Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal to the account details you provide
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. IAAI Technology is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information
  • Commissions are subject to a 14-day hold period after the client's purchase to account for potential refunds or chargebacks
  • All commissions are paid in USD

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote IAAI Technology honestly, accurately, and in a professional manner
  • Only make claims about our services that are truthful and verifiable
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our services (e.g., "I earn a commission if you use my code")
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and FTC disclosure guidelines
  • Not engage in any form of paid advertising using IAAI Technology's brand name or trademarks without prior written approval

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Misleading or deceptive promotion — making false claims about our services, pricing, or results
  • Spam — sending unsolicited messages, emails, or comments to promote your affiliate code
  • Impersonation — representing yourself as an employee, partner, or official representative of IAAI Technology
  • Self-referral — using your own affiliate code to purchase services for yourself or associates
  • Code sharing — distributing your code to other affiliates or allowing others to use it as their own
  • Incentivized referrals — offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to clients in exchange for using your code, without prior approval
  • Trademark bidding — bidding on IAAI Technology brand keywords in paid search advertising

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use IAAI Technology's name and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from our brand assets without written permission. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of IAAI Technology.

8. Termination

IAAI Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of this Affiliate Policy or our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Conduct that damages the reputation of IAAI Technology
  • Inactivity for more than 6 consecutive months

Upon termination:

  • Your affiliate code will be deactivated immediately
  • Any earned commissions above the minimum threshold that have cleared the 14-day hold will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle
  • Commissions from sales made after termination will not be honored

9. Modifications to the Program

IAAI Technology reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or any aspect of this Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Disclaimer

IAAI Technology makes no guarantees regarding the income potential of the affiliate program. Earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts and the number of successful referrals you generate. Past performance of other affiliates is not indicative of future results.

11. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Egyptian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
