Data Deletion Instructions

According to Meta's Platform rules, we are required to provide you with instructions on how to remove your app activities or request the deletion of your data from our systems.

1. How to Remove “4 In 1 Assistant” from Facebook/Instagram

You can remove our app's connection to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy and click Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
  3. You will see a list of all the apps and websites you have linked to your Facebook account.
  4. Search for “4 In 1 Assistant”.
  5. Select the checkbox next to the app name and click Remove.

This will revoke our access to your page data. Once you confirm, all connection permissions granted to the app will be terminated.

2. How to Request Deletion of Stored Data

If you wish to have all data associated with your use of “4 In 1 Assistant” permanently deleted from our servers (including conversation history, AI configurations, and images stored on our cloud providers), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to Admin@iaaitech.com.
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. In the body of the email, please include:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address associated with your 4 In 1 Assistant account.
    • The Facebook/Instagram Page ID(s) that were connected to the service.

What happens next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Permanently delete all personal data, conversation history, and configuration data associated with your account from our database and third-party storage (Supabase, Cloudinary, etc.).
  • Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
  • Process your request within 30 days.
